Domestic Shipping Policy
All purchases made on www.photon-led.com using the standard Royal Mail Tracked service are free of charge.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number(s) you provided upon placing your order.
DX Tracked: Next day delivery, free of charge.
All estimated delivery times are subject to our order cut off time of 2pm. If ordered after this time, your delivery will be sent at the next earliest opportunity.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours after receiving the Shipment Confirmation email.
Damages in Transit
www.photon-led.com are not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence for the claim.
You have 14 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. The item(s) must be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once we have received the item(s), you will be notified. The item(s) will then be inspected for any signs of misuse or handling. Once the inspection is complete, you will be notified of whether your request for refund has been successful or not.
If approved, we will initiate a refund via original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5-10 working days. Depending on your card issuers policies.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the item(s). Previous shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the rare and unfortunate case of a technical issue with your item(s) please contact us to register the fault. Once the fault has been registered, we will arrange a prepaid shipping label for you to send us the item(s) back. The faulty item(s) will be inspected for signs of improper use.
Once the inspection has been completed, we will contact you to confirm whether your case has been successful. If you have been successful, we will arrange a delivery for replacement.
